Koso Parcol, in line with the ethical and governance principles on the basis of which it has oriented its own rules of conduct, has adopted a Code of Ethics and an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 with the aim of effectively preventing the risk of commission of offences pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, by adopting behaviour based on legality, correctness and transparency.

Since its inception, the Koso Parcol has taken great care in enhancing and safeguarding the ethical profiles of its business activities. For this reason, the Company has always been committed to disseminating to its employees and all its stakeholders the values and principles on which the performance of its business is based, and the same is formalized in our Code of Ethics.
